Do I need an account to hire toilets?
No, you don’t. We supply mobile toilet solutions to both trade and domestic customers across London and Essex, regardless of whether you have an account with us. However, if you wish to hire an Eco Welfare unit, you will need an account and your own In Hire Insurance policy. If in doubt, please contact us for clarification.
What portable toilets do I need to hire?
That’s the all-important question – and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. If you’re unsure about the type of facilities you need or the number of portable toilets to hire, our experienced team can provide invaluable insight and advice to help you make an informed decision.
Can I place the toilets I hire in public places?
Unless you have permission from the landowner or local council it is illegal for us to leave toilets, trailers and welfare units on someone else’s land without written consent from them acknowledging they give you permission to do so for the duration of the hire. You’ll therefore need to apply for a licence from your local council highways department to place a portable toilet on any part of a public road. You may also need to gain permission for a temporary crossing if our delivery lorry has to cross a public footpath to reach the site – whether public or private. If you plan to use your portable toilet at home, it must be positioned outside the address stated on the licence or within a specific area if required.
Do you provide out-of-hours services?
Our team typically operates between 7am to 6pm, from Monday to Friday, for deliveries, collections, cleaning and maintenance throughout Liverpool. However, we can facilitate out-of-hours requests in some cases. Speak to our sales team about your requirements and we’ll see what we can do!
Is there hot water?
Our mobile shower units are fitted with a heater that supplies temperature controlled water so you can have the water as hot or as cold as you like for each individual shower. We also supply hot wash chemical toilets for construction sites. These offer the same practicality and functionality of our standard portable toilets, with the addition of hot water to improve hygiene levels and cut down on the spread of illness.
